Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor, located in Panvel. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer-focused services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and aftersales services. The Service Advisor will communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Aftersales services
• Ability to work on-site in Panvel
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field
