Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Officer or Sales Manager to join our team full-time at Moksa Expect Miracles Foods LLP. The role is based in Delhi / Gurugram and focuses on B2B sales in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT), covering Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow sales across A+ category stores in Delhi NCR.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new A+ outlets within the region.
  • Drive channel sales strategy and execution on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of premium product lines across target stores.
  • Requirements : Proven experience in sales for premium or prime FMCG products / Tea Products in A+ retail stores.
  • Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR market, especially in MT and GT segments.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Products : Premium green Teas , Superfoods and Hemp Products

Experience - 5+ years

Salary - 3-7 LPA depend on knowledge and experience
