Job description8–10 years of experience in FMCG / Dairy Sales. Must have min exp., in Dairy industry Strong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activities Ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders
Major Responsibilities
- Drive milk sales volume and revenue as per annual business plan.
- Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territory
- Ensure numeric & weighted distribution targets are met
- Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partners
