Role Overview
The Brand Activations Manager will be responsible for bringing Neulife’s brand to life through on-ground experiences, BTL events, partnerships, and community-driven activations. You will design and execute creative brand engagement strategies that connect with athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday consumers—building strong recall, driving trials, and deepening customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design and execute a 360° brand activation calendar, including events, sampling drives, gym partnerships, expos, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the growth, content, and sales teams to align activations with business objectives.
Event & Community Management
Manage on-ground activations at gyms, fitness studios, marathons, expos, and sporting events.Build and nurture local brand communities, creating grassroots engagement with trainers, coaches, and influencers.Partnerships & Alliances
Identify and drive strategic partnerships with gyms, sports clubs, fitness festivals, and health platforms.Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize brand visibility and ROI.Budget & ROI Tracking
Own the activations budget, ensuring efficient spend with measurable impact.Develop KPIs to track effectiveness—leads generated, trials converted, brand lift, and community engagement.Brand Custodianship
Ensure brand consistency across all activations in line with Neulife’s science-backed, performance-first ethos.Act as a brand evangelist, representing Neulife in the fitness and wellness ecosystem.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience (4–6 years) in brand activations, experiential marketing, or event management within FMCG, wellness, or consumer brands.Strong network in fitness, sports, or lifestyle communities is a big plus.Hands-on ability to execute events end-to-end, from concept to measurement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.What We Offer
