Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Head - Procurement (TMT & Other Steel Products) to lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations. The role will focus primarily on TMT procurement, while also overseeing other key categories such as structural steel, coils, plates, channels, and angles.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material supply, developing supplier partnerships, enhancing cost and quality efficiencies, and supporting business growth through effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Procurement & Sourcing :

• Develop and execute procurement strategies with a primary focus on TMT bars and other steel product categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard TMT mills, manufacturers, and major distributors across regions.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, credit terms, and long-term supply contracts.
• Ensure a continuous, cost-effective supply chain aligned with business demand.
• Track market trends, input cost movements (billet / scrap), and steel price fluctuations to drive proactive sourcing decisions.
