Job Summary :

The Welcome Assistant – Telephone Handling is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing guest calls with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to ensure that every caller receives prompt and accurate assistance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all internal and external telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a professional tone and positive attitude on every call.
• Log and monitor all guest requests, messages, and complaints accurately.
• Support Front Office operations during peak hours as required.
• Ensure complete confidentiality of guest information.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for call handling and guest communication.
• Assist in emergency communication procedures when required.
