Responsibilities :
- Identify, screen, and place IT professionals on various client projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Keep track of consultants' projects and ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement goals and targets.
