Our Approach

We're expanding rapidly, and each member plays a vital role in shaping the future of mental health technology. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for owning our conversational intelligence (covering retrieval, memory, safety, evaluation, and post-training).

Your Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end model lifecycle : problem framing → data curation → modeling / fine-tuning / post-training → evals → rollout → monitoring
• Collaborate with clinical psychologists to ensure the effectiveness of our conversational AI
• Design agentic flows for tool use, planning, multi-turn memory, and safe retrieval in mental-health contexts
• Establish the evaluation flywheel : benchmarks, judge models, rubrics for conversational quality, ability to help, safety
• Implement alignment & safety layers tuned to clinical guidelines (e.g., self-harm detection, red-teaming, refusal strategies, escalation paths)
• Optimize latency, cost, and quality
• Partner closely with product, sales, and users to scope new features and functionalities
• Develop LLMOps : datasets, prompts / checkpoints / versioning, observability, drift monitoring, incident response for model quality
