3D Visualizer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality, photorealistic visualizations of architectural, interior, product, or environmental designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye, advanced 3D modelling and rendering skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

Create 3D models and visualizations from architectural drawings, sketches, or design concepts.

Produce photorealistic renderings for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.

Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design intent.

Apply appropriate lighting, textures, and materials to achieve lifelike results.

Animate walk-throughs or fly-throughs when required.

Revise models and renders based on feedback.

Ensure timely delivery of outputs while maintaining quality.

Stay updated on the latest software, rendering techniques, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or similar role.

Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Blender , or similar.

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop , AutoCAD , and post-production techniques.

Excellent eye for detail, composition, lighting, and color.

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage time and workload effectively
