SAP P2P Retail Consultant

Cosima Solutions is expanding its global SAP Supply Chain practice and is seeking experienced SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultants to join our offshore delivery team. Role Description

Provide functional and technical support for the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in SAP S / 4HANA or ECC environments.

Configure and manage procurement modules including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payments.

Ensure seamless integration between MM and FICO modules for GR / IR, invoice posting, and payment reconciliation.

Work with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for procurement automation.

Support Sourcing, Vendor Master, and Pricing configurations and troubleshoot operational issues.

Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT / UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.

Coordinate with onshore teams and U.S. stakeholders for deployment and support deliverables.

Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.

Propose continuous improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

3–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM / P2P configuration and support.

Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay cycle — from requisition creation to vendor payment.

Experience working with U.S.-based clients or global support environments.

In-depth knowledge of Purchase Order processing, Release Strategies, GR / IR clearing, and Invoice Verification.

Strong integration experience with FICO (Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, Tax, and Payment Terms).

Exposure to S / 4HANA Procurement, Ariba integration, or SRM systems is a plus.

Familiarity with GST, Tax Procedure, and Vendor Portal functionalities.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in onshore–offshore delivery models.
