As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in the company by developing scalable, efficient, and visually engaging interfaces that connect our users with our AI engines.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build End-to-End Applications That Delight Users

  • Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers to translate design concepts into functional, elegant interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Implement robust backend services using Node.js, connecting seamlessly with PostgreSQL and other databases.
  • Design and maintain APIs and microservices that power fast and reliable user experiences.
  • Ensure visual consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.

Architect and Integrate Complete Systems

  • Develop scalable full stack systems where frontend, backend, and data layers connect harmoniously.
  • Design clean RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between components.
  • Implement modular, reusable code and follow best practices for system scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Deploy and manage applications on Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is a plus).

    • Code Quality and Problem Solving

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern development practices.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, ensuring production stability and scalability.
  • Review peers’ code and contribute to improving the overall development standards of the team.

    • Testing and Quality Assurance Built Into Your Work

  • Implement unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend components.
  • Write automated tests for every issue or new feature to prevent regressions.
  • Maintain high test coverage across frontend and backend components.
  • Use frameworks like Playwright, Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for unit and integration testing.
  • Treat testing as a core part of development, not an afterthought.

    • Optimize for Speed, Performance, and SEO

  • Continuously improve web performance through lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and SSR.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks such as render-blocking resources, large asset sizes, and inefficient code.
  • Monitor performance with tools like Lighthouse and Google PageSpeed Insights.
  • Apply SEO best practices : semantic HTML, structured data, meta tags, and crawlable architectures.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate SEO strategies into front-end development processes.

    • Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and designers to deliver production-ready features.
  • Contribute ideas for improving workflows, architecture, and overall system reliability.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

    • Develop with Browser Independence

  • Ability to write cross-browser compatible code and address browser-specific issues and inconsistencies.
  • Experience with browser testing tools and techniques to ensure compatibility across major browsers and versions.

    • Make Your Applications Fly at Maximum Speed

  • Optimize code and assets to ensure fast load times and smooth performance.
  • Use techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and minification to reduce load times.
  • Employ caching strategies and CDN integration to enhance speed.

    • Your Required Qualifications

    What you bring to the table :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6–10 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Solid experience with Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL (or equivalent relational databases).
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, Git, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Strong understanding of browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of your work.
  • Passion for innovation and curiosity for how AI can reshape the fashion industry.

    • Experience with Shopify Apps (Big Plus)

    Ideally, you have hands-on experience developing with Shopify’s Polaris framework and integrating external APIs.

    Ideally you would also have :

  • Experience with Strapi, Nginx, or similar backend frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI-powered applications or experience integrating with AI APIs.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps principles.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and CI / CD pipelines.
