Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end social media marketing for assigned brand accounts.
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead creative ideation and brainstorming for campaigns and ongoing content.
- Plan and schedule monthly content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate and oversee UGC (User Generated Content) shoots and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent creatives.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Stay updated on digital trends, emerging platforms, and new social tools.
Requirement :
1–3 years of hands-on experience in a digital or creative agency.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically with an analytical mindset.Proficiency in content planning tools and social media management platforms.Qualification :
Bachelor’s in Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC) or MarketingRelevant certifications in digital marketing or social media are a plusStrong understanding of branding, content strategy, and online engagement
