About Role

PedalStart is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations. The Human Resources Associate will focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing performance management programs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies

Ability to handle confidential information

Experience in Non-IT recruitment [1-3 Years Experienced]

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across functions

Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus

Work Timings : 11am - 8pm
