Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Akola for an Academic Manager. The Academic Manager will oversee educational operations, design and develop curricula, and ensure teaching methodologies align with the institute's objectives. Daily tasks will include supervising academic staff, monitoring student performance, and developing strategies for continuous improvement in education delivery. Collaboration with faculty, students, and administrative teams is a key aspect of this role to maintain high educational standards and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Educational Management and Curriculum Development
• Excellent Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• A background in Education or related field to understand academic processes and principles
• Master's degree in science, Management or a relevant field
• Experience in managing academic teams or programs is advantageous
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively
