SAP Basis Manager

Looking for SAP Basis Manager with 8–10 years in SAP Basis administration and management. . This role is the primary technical point of contact for the entire SAP landscape, focusing on system stability, performance, security, and project management while mentoring a high-performing team.

Candidates who have led the SAP Basis team in an end-user retail environment would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• SAP System Management : Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and patching across the SAP landscape (ECC, NetWeaver, HANA, BOBJ, etc.)
• Performance & Optimization : Conduct regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring to ensure optimal system efficiency and zero unplanned downtime.
• Team & Project Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 administrators. Manage SAP Basis projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure system security, manage user access controls, implement security patches, and ensure audit compliance.
• Disaster Recovery : Design, implement, and manage disaster recovery solutions and data integrity through successful backups.
• Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with vendors, partners, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and project status reports.
