Skills - Workday Finance (All Modules), Workday HCM (Talent / Payroll / Benefits / Compensation / Time & Absence / Learning), Workday Integration and Workday Adaptive

Experience - 4 to 10 Years

Qualification - BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA / CA from an accredited college / university.

Workday Certification is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting or Workday Adaptive

You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday to the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business results

Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences

Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

• Provide Workday product, subject-matter and implementation expertise;

and work with Partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions

Required Skills / Experience :

Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies.

Experience in managing End to End Workday Implementation

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities

Excellent Stakeholder and Team management skills.
