Our focus lies in scaling Private Label, Wholesale, Retail Arbitrage, and Online Arbitrage across top Indian platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and others. We're expanding aggressively and looking for a strategic leader to grow our seller presence and vendor base in India.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketplace Expansion & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies for India operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and other emerging platforms.
- Identify high-potential product categories and brands for private label and arbitrage expansion.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and marketplace compliance to maximize visibility and conversions.
2. Vendor & Brand Onboarding
Source and onboard new vendors, distributors, and brand partners to expand our product range.Build strong relationships with Indian manufacturers and suppliers for private label development.Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and exclusivity agreements.3. Private Label Development
Coordinate with sourcing, design, compliance, and logistics teams to launch and scale new private label products.Track product lifecycle, customer feedback, and reviews to refine offerings.4. Sales & Profitability
Contribute to revenue growth by identifying high-margin opportunitiesMonitor sales performance and work towards maximizing profitability5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper collection and documentation of invoices, GST, and regulatory paperworkWork with internal finance and logistics teams to streamline processes4. Operational Management
Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and fulfillment teams to streamline FBA / Self-ship operations.Monitor and resolve marketplace issues, suspensions, and compliance challenges.5. Team Building & Leadership
Build and lead a high-performance business development team in India.Train team on sourcing, account handling, negotiation, and e-commerce growth strategies.Key Requirements :
5+ years’ experience in E-commerce Business Development, preferably in Private Label / Wholesale / Arbitrage model on amazon in India marketHands-on knowledge of Indian marketplaces (Amazon India, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.)Strong vendor network in India across multiple product categories.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and execution ability.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience working with global marketplace sellers or aggregators.Experience scaling business from ground up in IndiaUnderstanding of compliance, import / export, and logistics workflows.What We Offer :
