m2r Education are working with this education group who have an opportunity for a Head of School to lead this prestigious establishment in India.

The school is based in Faridabad, and commutable from New Delhi.

Ideally you will have built a strong career in the UK school sector, coupled with international experience within IB and Cambridge curriculum. This is an all through school from 4-18.

The school, part of a school group, is relatively small in student numbers with capacity to grow. Teaching and admin faculty are all local hires and number c.60. Facilities are excellent, with spacious classrooms, labs, art and dance rooms, clean and hygienic dining areas, play areas and a state of the art auditorium. The school also offers boarding as well being run as a day school.

Requirements

• Masters degree in education, management, psychology, social sciences, or a related field
• Experience in educational leadership roles, preferably within an IB and or UK school or a similar international setting.
• Knowledge of curricula, pedagogy, and assessment practices, preferably IB and Cambridge.
• Strong understanding of developments and best practices in education, including inquiry-based learning, experiential education, and social-emotional learning.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, organizational management, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
• Growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability and the determination to make a difference.
