What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mass hiring requirements
• Source, screen, and process candidates quickly to meet volume hiring targets
• Build innovative sourcing strategies to attract large candidate pools
• Coordinate interviews and selection with hiring managers
• Track recruitment activities via ATS or recruitment databases
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
• Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment priorities and hiring needs
