This role involves building scalable and high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the future of customer engagement via WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain high-performance React applications used by thousands of businesses. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship impactful features fast. Optimize web performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. Integrate AI-driven features and interactive dashboards that deliver a world-class experience. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using modern JavaScript / TypeScript and component-driven architecture. Participate in design and code reviews to uphold a high-quality engineering culture. What We’re Looking For Strong proficiency in React.Js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling. Hands-on experience with Redux for state management. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Material UI, Tailwind, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with REST APIs and WebSocket / Socket.Io integrations. Experience in performance optimization and front-end debugging. Understanding of web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CORS) Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams Ownership mindset — you care about product quality and user experience Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus / Good to Have : Experience with Next.Js or React Query / TanStack Query Familiarity with microfrontend / module federation architecture Exposure to AI-integrated frontends or chat interfaces Familiarity with Analytics dashboards / Data visualization (Recharts, D3.Js) Basic understanding of CI / CD pipelines, Docker, or AWS S3 / CloudFront for frontend deployment Why Join Us?
