Job descriptionLead multi-million-dollar programs with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality Implement Agile / SAFe methodologies across distributed teams; Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and DORA metrics to drive delivery excellence Manage risk, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and change control in regulated environments (BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance) Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (30+ engineers) across geographies Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Collaborate with product owners, architects, and C-level stakeholders to align technology with business goals Drive talent development , performance management, and succession planning 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technical project / program management Proven track record in .NET / Java full-stack development , cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) , and Agile delivery Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI / CD, microservices, and API management Hands-on experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and cloud migration programs and experienced on fixed bid projects Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills PMP , SAFe Agilist , or equivalent Agile certifications Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud Certifications Generative AI or AI / ML exposure (preferred but not mandatory)

About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager cum Engineering Manager to lead complex, enterprise-grade technology programs across cloud, full-stack development, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a dual-role requiring deep technical expertise in backend and frontend technologies , combined with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and driving innovation through modern technology stacks and Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Engineering Leadership
- Architect and oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, Java, React / Angular, Web APIs, and SQL / NoSQL databases
- Lead cloud-native application development and migration on Azure / AWS , leveraging services like AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps, and CI / CD pipelines
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps , microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization , and security best practices
Program & Project Management
facilitate PI planning,sprint ceremonies, and release planning
People & Stakeholder Management
