Job description3-4 years into your media buying journey, preferably in an agency Well-versed with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events, and Attribution Strong understanding of marketing automation, tracking, and attribution tools Up to date with the latest analytics platforms and performance tools Bonus points if you’re comfortable using AI tools for optimization, content, or reporting A strong communicator, both with clients and team Passionate about marketing, curious, and eager to grow Results-oriented and metrics-obsessed A team player who loves brainstorming and building together
We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketer (Meta Ads) who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you're someone who can build, scale, and optimize D2C campaigns with confidence — we want you!
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Meta campaigns
- Drive results for D2C brands with clarity and precision
- Collaborate with creative strategists to deliver winning ads
- Analyze performance and continuously test to improve ROI
- Work closely with the rest of the performance marketing team
