Location : Chennai

Job Description :

  • Expertise in providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Handling more complex issues, often requiring in-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching and security.
  • Responsibilities include resolving network outages, implementing new networks, supporting workstations, servers and applications, assisting with remote access solutions, DNS, DHCP and security issues.

Technical Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols : TCP / IP, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)

    • switching protocols.

  • Experience with network devices : Routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring tools : Packet capture and analysis, TCP dump, ICMP.
  • Understanding of security concepts and technologies : Firewalls, intrusion

    • detection / prevention systems.

  • Experience with network operating systems : Cisco IOS, Fortinet OS.
