The Opportunity

Most wellness apps are glorified sleep aids or "woo-woo" marketplaces. We are building Rasa : A "Personalized Spirituality Operating System" for the modern, skeptical, and burned-out generation.

We are unbundling faith into micro-practices—distilling the "essence" (Rasa) of ancient wisdom into 60-second tools for grounding and clarity.

I am a technical founder (IIT Delhi, Ex-Goldman, 2x Exits) fully funding the runway. I have built the product engine. Now, I need a builder to own the growth engine.

We are specifically looking for an ex-founder, dropshipper, or high-level affiliate marketer. You have likely built a store from scratch, scaled a niche site, or run your own D2C brand. You know the pain of low margins, shipping logistics, and customer support hell.

Rasa is your upgrade : Stop selling commoditized physical goods with razor-thin margins. Come sell a high-LTV, zero-marginal-cost digital subscription that actually solves the loneliness epidemic.

The Role

This is not a "marketing manager" role. This is "Here is a budget, here is a CAC target—go scale."

You will use AI as your leverage to do the work of a 5-person creative team. You will optimize the funnel from the first impression on TikTok to the final subscription purchase.

What you will actually do :

  • Run the Ad Account Like You Own It : You aren't just spending budget; you are investing it. You will manage paid user acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a relentless focus on ROAS and CPA.
  • Be the AI Creative Studio : You don't wait for designers. You use Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT to churn out 20+ ad variations a week. You test hooks, angles, and formats faster than the algorithm can adapt.
  • Funnel Psychology : You know that the ad is just the start. You will optimize the landing pages, the onboarding quiz, and the paywall offering to maximize the Install ->

  • Monetize the "Spirituality" Niche : You will find the winning angles—is it "Anxiety Relief"? "Morning Focus"? "Modern Stoicism"? You will test these ruthlessly until we find our "hero offer."
