Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing HR professional to work closely with the CHRO and partner with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of HR Business Partnering and the CHRO’s Office - ideal for someone who enjoys strategic problem solving, stakeholder management, and driving people focused interventions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Business Partnering
Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding talent needs and aligning HR initiatives to business goals.
Drive workforce planning, performance management cycles, and talent development programs.
Address employee concerns proactively, ensuring high engagement and alignment with organizational culture.
Support managers on org design, capability building, and change management initiatives.
CHRO’s Office / Strategic Projects
Work directly with the CHRO on company wide people strategies and priority projects.
Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support decision making.
Drive cross functional initiatives such as culture building, leadership development, and HR digital transformation.
Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and board reviews.
Ensure governance, compliance, and timely execution of HR strategic plans.
People Analytics & Insights
Use HR data to generate insights, inform interventions, and measure impact.
Create dashboards and track HR metrics.
What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of strong HR experience, ideally in HRBP, CHRO’s Office, or Strategic HR roles.
Background from premium institutes (Tier-1 MBA / HR programs preferred).
Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
Excellent analytical skills, presentation ability, and project management capability.
High ownership mindset, agility, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
