About This Role :
Insight Global is seeking a motivated professional to support one of our top Food & Beverage clients, globally. This role will be responsible for general sales support, light technical support / coordination, administrative, and consultant support. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the Food & Beverage client’s, consultants, account management and back-office functions. This role includes daily interactions with consultants and a primary customer; requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do : Sales Support
o Support client Account Managers with administrative and customer service tasks o Create and update client specific sales documents, decks, and reports
o Use and maintain CRM systems and tools (P-Zone / Atlis) o Attend and host meetings as needed with both external clients and internal teams
o Build and maintain relationships with leaders, acting as an extension of the Account Manager
o Attend and contribute to field initiatives, morning Zone meetings, trainings, company / team calls, quarterly wraps, goals, client interviews, and reports
Administrative Support
o Coordinate with recruiters to manage paperwork, compliance, and payroll requirements for new hire onboarding
o Perform various ad-hoc tasks such as, but not limited to : requesting access for all incoming new consultants at client through MyIDM, submitting Staff Aug resources in Fieldglass for all competitive and PRE ID job postings, management of compliance of company onboarding, creating org charts, SOWs, market research, running credit checks, processing write off approvals, and completing cyber trainings
o Assist with client global strategies and initiatives for account growth
o Sending out weekly / monthly account statistics
o Partner with Insight Global Corporate Functions (Payroll, HR, Helpdesk, Global Operations) to support advanced services within portfolio as needed
Consultant Support
o Manage and coordinate onboarding activities for contractors in accordance with the outlined compliance structure
o Strategically leverage the Engage process to identify business, maintain a brand of care, and increase market share with our clients
o Prioritize accuracy of system end dates and contract ending emails
o Handle any consultant questions, issues, or escalations related to payroll, benefits, expenses, timesheets, etc.
