Job Position : Associate Trainee (NON-TECHNICAL)

Shift Time : 6 : 30 PM - 3 : 30 AM IST (US Shift) - (M-F)

Location : WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P. (ONSITE)

Eligible Degree & Branches : MBA & B.E / B.Tech, MCA (All Branches-2024 & 2025)

Job Skills And Responsibilities

Consults with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting : interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.

Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.

Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.

Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.

Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
