What are we looking for?

We're looking for a high-energy Backend Engineer with a deep passion for scalable systems, clean code, and backend performance. As an SDE-I, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to build, optimize, and maintain high-availability microservices that power our core products. You'll dive into designing APIs, managing distributed systems, and handling real-world challenges in concurrency, data integrity, and service orchestration. This is an opportunity to build foundational skills while contributing to meaningful, high-traffic systems.

Requirements :

Experience Level : 5 months - 18 months
Tech Stack : Java or Golang.
Location : Bangalore
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from Tier 1 Colleges.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy backend services using Java or Golang.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with robust testing practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Optimize performance for high-throughput and low-latency workloads.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design evaluations.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a time-critical environment.

Continuously explore new frameworks, tools, and design patterns to improve backend reliability and performance.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong programming fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPs.

Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Golang (Gin / Fiber / Go-Kit).

Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous communication.

Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (Redis, MongoDB).

Basic knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.

Strong analytical and debugging skills.
