JOB TITLE :

Performance Monitoring & Analytics - East and Karnataka

Reporting Manager : Regional Director

Key Responsibilities :

Business Performance (40%) :

Analyze revenue, review employee performance, evaluate incentives.

Compliance & Surveillance (20%) :

Maintain client records, monitor trading activity, respond to surveillance matters.

Business Improvement (20%) :

Develop MIS, execute action plans, report to CEO, enhance productivity.

Critical Tasks (20%) :

Support yield improvement, implement client mapping, track expansion, update RDs.

Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant (CA)

2 to 5 years in financial analysis / auditing

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Ability to work under pressure
