The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, growth, and profitability of branches across Tamil Nadu. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and performance management to ensure the achievement of business goals, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales, business development, and profitability across all branches in Tamil Nadu.

Prepare and execute state-level business strategies aligned with company objectives.

Ensure consistent achievement of targets for Gold Loans, NCDs, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial products.Identify and develop new business opportunities and expansion areas.
