Role Responsibilities :

  • Conduct remote and on-site technical support interventions.
  • Install and configure IT infrastructure including servers and networking gear.
  • Maintain client communication and produce job completion reports.

  • Timely resolution of support tickets with minimal escalations.

  • Accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
