About the Role

We&aposre looking for a results-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to lead performance marketing efforts on Amazon & Flipkart. You&aposll strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive e-commerce revenue while staying ahead of platform updates and trends.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Amazon & Flipkart ad campaigns.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize ads to drive ROI & reduce ACoS.
• Monitor key account metrics and campaign performance for 4–6 accounts.
• Generate performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches.
• Stay updated on marketplace algorithm changes and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (paid + organic).
• Experience managing moderate to large-scale PPC campaigns.
• Agency background preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Results-oriented mindset with a deep interest in digital growth.
• Knowledge of Flipkart Ads, Myntra, or Quick Commerce is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
