Job Role : Automotive Interior Trims Engineer - NPD

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop interior components such as Instrument Panel, Console, and Trims.
• Execute full NPD (New Product Development) lifecycle — from concept to release.
• Perform 3D modeling and 2D detailing using Catia V5 / V6 / 3DX .
• Ensure GD&T compliance and manufacturability of designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Styling, Manufacturing, and Tooling).
• Independently manage interior commodity parts and design reviews.
• Work closely with OEMs / Tier-1 suppliers for design validation and updates.
