Product Designer – Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our client’s team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive, scalable user experiences for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to craft elegant design solutions that simplify complex workflows for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities :

Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for B2B SaaS and AI-based products.
Translate business and data insights into user-friendly design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system across the product ecosystem.
Balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility in design decisions.

Required Qualifications :

2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise product environment.

Strong understanding of designing for AI-powered workflows, dashboards, or automation tools.

Hands-on experience with Figma (preferred) or similar design tools.

Proven ability to simplify complex systems through thoughtful design.

Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and information architecture.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with design systems and front-end design tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook) is a plus.
