Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations and frameworks for clients across the Oil & Gas value chain, including upstream, downstream, and emerging energy segments.
• Conduct market assessments, analyze regulatory developments, and evaluate competitive dynamics to support client decision-making.
• Lead or support business transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and growth strategy.
• Build financial models, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to support strategy execution.
• Drive primary and secondary research to identify industry trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional consulting teams to ensure alignment and seamless project delivery.
