Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Mumbai. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a variety of baked goods and desserts, including pastries, cakes, and other confections. The role involves managing daily food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative recipes. The Pastry Chef will also oversee inventory and ensure consistency in product quality.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation

Competence in Cooking and Culinary Skills

Attention to detail for creating aesthetically pleasing and high-quality pastries

Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar culinary role is highly advantageous

Formal culinary training or a related certification is preferred
