Requirements
5+ years of experience in inside sales, consistently exceeding targets for SaaS product sales
Proven track record of converting both inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales automation platforms
Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, product positioning, and B2B sales cycles
Skilled in consultative selling, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing high-value deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at negotiation and relationship building
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across various industries
Collaborative team player with experience working alongside marketing, product, and customer success teams
Adaptable and self-driven in fast-paced, high-growth environments with aggressive sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of sales in a startup or a mid-sized company, preferably in SaaS or Software Services Industry.
Deep understanding of SaaS Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, benchmarks, and processes
Track record of leading and expanding global inbound sales development teams (over 20 members)
Ability to foster alignment and collaboration across sales and marketing teams
Preferably, awareness of industry trends in enterprise digital transformation, business process management, and HR technology landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
