Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Legal Associate to support our contracts and government tender processes. This role will focus on contract review, drafting, and documentation for corporate-level agreements, along with compliance and tender-related support. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure—through internships or full-time roles —to corporate legal work, particularly in drafting and preparing agreements, contracts, and related documentation.

Please Note : Candidates with only litigation or court-related experience should not apply. We are specifically seeking profiles with corporate legal experience (internship or permanent).

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and vet contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, revise, and maintain corporate agreements and legal documents.
  • Support government tender processes, including documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of contracts and tender submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) from a recognized university.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant corporate legal experience (internship or full-time) may apply.
  • Hands-on experience in drafting and preparing corporate contracts / agreements .
  • Knowledge of contract law and a basic understanding of government tender processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including Track Changes mode.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
