K ey Responsibilities :
Lead the planning execution and delivery of the projects ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget.
Work closely with cross-functional teams - Business IT QA and external vendors - to drive successful implementation.
Manage the migration and integration of legacy CRM systems to the new platform.
Oversee requirements gathering solution design reviews UAT coordination and production rollout.
Ensure robust governance risk management and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Prepare and present project dashboards status reports and executive updates to leadership.
Support post-implementation stabilization issue triage and process improvements.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in engineering Information Technology or related field (Masters preferred).
8 10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in project management within IT or CRM transformation programs.
Proven experience managing Salesforce or CRM platform implementations
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira MS Project Smartsheet Confluence or similar.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred.
