Manage end to end product development process (from conceptualization to implementation and Go-to-Market) for
new and existing products related to CIBIL Rank & Commercial Credit Reports for the Direct to Consumer
business.
Create Revenue Models and Business Cases to provide the stakeholders with requisite data points for project
prioritization.
Create Go-to-Market and Marketing Strategies.
Evaluate Competitive and Regulatory landscape regularly and design mitigation plans.
Coordinate with the various International Teams and serve as a critical link between International and Regional
stakeholders to support the Global Operating Model
Be a Subject Matter Expert for DTC commercial product and identify different use cases
Understand the commercial landscape, needs of MSME and industry
Assist Director - DTC Products in implementation of long-term DTC vision, strategy, and team priorities, including
setting a 3 years plan
Handle the entire customer cycle from understanding the product requirement to working closely with the
development team in order to deliver customized solutions, thus, ensuring strong client relationship
Liaise with different functions like Legal, Customer Support, Marketing as and when required to execute tasks
required for product launch
Overlook the product life cycle from production to user acceptance testing
Interact with product users post product launch; resolve queries, identify issues if any
Research and implement best analytics practices to ensure optimization in terms of productivity
Provide support in building a collaborative and innovative environment and culture for the team, peers and cross-
functional stakeholders
