Job Title : Senior Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head – IPYP (International Primary Years

Programme)

Location : Bhubhneshwar, Odisha(Accomodation / HRA Provided)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Senior

Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head – IPYP. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in international curricula and proven expertise in managing and leading academic

programmes for the Primary Years.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, organize, and implement the IPYP curriculum in alignment with school standards

and international benchmarks.

 Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to teachers for effective curriculum delivery.

 Supervise academic operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Primary Years

Programme.

 Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the quality and integrity of the curriculum.

 Lead initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and teacher performance.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.

 Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Primary Years Programmes (PYP, CIPP, or

other international curricula).

 Prior administrative or leadership experience will be preferred.

 Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

 Ability to inspire, guide, and support teachers and staff.
