Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking talented and motivated Website Developers to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance, and scalable websites.

This role is ideal for developers who are creative, detail-oriented, and eager to work with the latest web Responsibilities Development :

  • Develop responsive and interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Implement user-friendly UI / UX designs provided by the design Development :
  • Build and maintain robust server-side logic using technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python (Django / Flask), or Ruby on Rails.
  • Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party Development :
  • Handle end-to-end website development, from UI to backend integrations.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver complete, functional products.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Assurance :
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites are bug-free.
  • Implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain documentation for code and :
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, libraries, and Skills & Competencies Skills :
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Backend knowledge of Node.js, PHP, or Python frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and database systems.
  • Familiarity with Git / GitHub version control.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify (for specific roles).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and responsive design techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and time-management Criteria Freshers :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies and hands-on projects to Experienced Developers :
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in front-end, back-end, or full-stack web development.
  • Experience in handling live, high-traffic websites or SaaS platforms.
