You will own all Paid Marketing channels and will work with the agency to deploy,
monitor and strategise ad serving on these channels.
- Develop state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies for demand generation and customer engagement across all platforms with a focus on lead quality and volume
- Planning digital marketing budgets across all geographies and channels
- Efficiently deploying budgets by interfacing with the agency for optimal outputs
- Partnering with internal and external creative agencies to conceptualize and implement the communication on all touchpoints
- Drive efficiency with a thorough understanding of measurement tools, attribution models, and marketing funnel
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to plan and execute 360 degree campaigns
- Research, assess and implement best and emerging industry practices
- Run experiments with clear success / failure metrics
Roles & Responsibilities
Graduation / Post Graduation or similarShould have a relevant industry experience of 2-4 yearsStrong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision.Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in Digital MarketingShould have a proven expertise in handling B2C marketing with a recognised brand (preferably in the tech / startup domain) and should be currently handling a monthly budget of 50L or above.Should be currently in a role where he / she manages an internal execution team or an agency.Should have a previous hands on experience on Facebook & Google marketing toolsB2B marketing experience can be considered but won't be preferred.
