Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) . Expertise in Node.Js , Express.Js, REST APIs. Proficiency in MongoDB , schema design, and aggregation. Experience with Git, CI / CD, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred). Understanding of microservices architecture. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Ability to lead a team and manage project deliverables. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong experience in Angular, Node.Js, and MongoDB . This role involves leading a development team, designing scalable solutions, and delivering high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using Angular .
- Build scalable backend services using Node.Js .
- Work with MongoDB for database design, performance optimization, and data modeling.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Guide and mentor junior developers.
