Job description9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design. Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs. Strong knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Marketing Cloud exposure a plus. Deep understanding of data architecture, integrations, and security / sharing models. Hands-on experience with CI / CD and DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Salesforce certifications preferred – Application Architect, System Architect, and CTA pathway credentials. Salesforce CPQ and / or CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) experience will be an added advantage. Salesforce CPQ and / or CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) experience will be an added advantage. Exposure to MuleSoft, Heroku, Einstein, or other Salesforce add-on capabilities. Experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
- Create scalable system designs, integration strategies, and ensure architectural alignment with business needs.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to development and admin teams.
- Salesforce CPQ and / or CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) experience.
- Design and review data models, integration patterns (REST / SOAP / middleware), and security models.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, solution documents, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Perform performance optimization, code reviews, and oversee quality in delivery.
- Translate business requirements into feasible, scalable technical solutions.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle from design to deployment.
