We're Hiring : Team Lead – Sales Executive / Marketing Manager

Location : Guwahati

CTC : Up to ₹4 LPA

Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Sales / Marketing with team handling experience

Role Overview :

As a Team Lead – Sales Executive / Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving life insurance business through effective team leadership, local market strategies, and excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team

Drive life insurance sales in the assigned region

Set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent achievement

Plan and execute effective field marketing activities

Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Report sales performance and provide insights to management

Candidate Profile : Any Graduate

At least 2+ years of experience in sales / marketing

Prior experience in handling a team is preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Local market knowledge of Guwahati is an advantage
