The role entails troubleshooting system issues, assisting users, managing configurations, and collaborating with internal teams and business users to address technical challenges.
This includes resolving application-related issues efficiently and escalating complex issues to Veeva support.
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within Veeva Vault and assist in system configurations, workflows, and metadata updates as needed.
Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials for end-users and conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency.
Monitor system performance and recommend best practices for system utilization and compliance, ensuring industry regulations are met.
Work closely with IT teams and Veeva representatives to enhance system functionality and stay up-to-date with Veeva Vault updates and releases.
