What are we looking for ?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join our fast-growing engineering team in Bangalore. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a product company environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can deliver secure, scalable, and AI enabled systems — fast. You’ll work across the stack with ReactJS, Python, and MongoDB, integrating AI models or APIs where it drives real value. You bring a delivery-first mindset, care deeply about performance, scalability, and security, and are passionate about building high-quality production code that moves the needle for the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features using React (frontend), Python (backend APIs), and MongoDB (data layer).
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and product shaping discussions.
• Integrate AI / ML models or LLM APIs into real-world product workflows.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready code — fast.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to iterate quickly and smartly.
• Own your work with pride and push for continuous improvement in code quality and delivery velocity.
