Job description
  • Sales strategy and execution :
  • Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Set and manage sales objectives, targets, and key performance indicators for the team.
  • Help identify new markets, sales channels, and business opportunities.
  • Team management and development :
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor sales team members to improve their skills.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Assist in hiring new talent.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting :
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
  • Client and administrative tasks :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing sales records or preparing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
