Technical Expertise
- Experience in IBM AS400 / iSeries application development and maintenance.
- Work experience in manufacturing domain.
- Deep knowledge of RPG, CL, ILE, Free Format, SQLRPGLE, DB2 / 400 .
- Proficiency with AS400 tools and products such as ROBOT, IBM Job Scheduler, Change Management tools .
- Experience with WRKQRY, SQL, JOB, JOBQ, and subsystem management .
- Incident management, problem management, daily system monitoring, and break-fix solutions for defects.
- Provide technical support to end-users of AS400 applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and guide team members.
Leadership & Project Management
Lead and mentor a team of AS400 developers.Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Participate in project estimation, solution delivery, technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.Guide teams toward developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables.Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
